It's been some time since Sean Kagalis has released new material. This time he offers "God is a Woman" in observation of Mother's Day as the song to introduce the idea of a new Sean Kagalis album upon the horizon. It was written during the spring of 2022 as Sean was inspired to express his thoughts and feelings which surfaced in response to hearing a 1965 recording of gospel singer Sister Josephine James. The general idea is: If God is the supreme creator of which no graven image shall be made, why do we insist that God is a man?

This release features an exclusive bonus track. The initial version of the song was much slower (and longer) than what ended up becoming the album version, so that version has been included as part of this single release.
